Market application of mould aluminum plate

With the development of society and market, aluminum plate has been applied more and more widely in the mold industry. Due to its unique physical and chemical properties, aluminum plate has gradually replaced steel to occupy the main market in the mold market. Compared with mold steel, aluminum plate has obvious advantages:
1. Light weight.As its density is only 36% of that of general die steel, its motion inertia is relatively low. In the production process, it is easy to reduce the speed, which can reduce the loss of machine and die. 
2. Easy machining and high dimensional stability.The cutting speed is more than 6 times faster than that of general die steel. Therefore, the processing time of the die is greatly reduced, so that the die can be produced faster. 




3. Excellent heat conductivity.Its heat conductivity is higher than that of general die steel, so it can save more than 50% of the cold cutting time of the die during production, and greatly improve the production efficiency of the die.Therefore, aluminum plate is widely used in 80 percent of products in different mold industries, such as injection mold, blow mold, low-pressure mold and rubber mold.With the development of the market, superhard aluminum has replaced steel in the European and American market as the most important material for die processing.
